QUICK MOULD CHANGING SYSTEM.

​

Most of today's machines are having T Slots in both the moving and fixed platens. The hydraulic couplers are used to clamp moulds using the T slots to hold the clamps and thus eliminate the requirement of clamping bolts and clamps so to fix moulds on the platen.

 

The change of mould using the hydraulic clamps take less than 5% of the total time taken by conventional bolting system.

 

Result is with little investment you change moulds fast and get highest up time for machines translated to more production and more profit.

The small machine is used both online and offline and one machine can take care of many moulds in the factory. It circulates a special chemical mixed water inside the cooling lines.

 

If imported chemicals are used it then does not damage the cooling lines, gaskets, soft metal bushes etc used inside the cooling jacket and circuit. Cooling line if remains de-clogged, that transforms into higher up time and thus more productivity and profit.

When running injection moulding machines in fully automatic mode then robots picks up moulded article during ejection and improves cycle time quite a lot. This means higher productivity and more profit.

SPRUE & RUNNER REMOVAL SYSTEM

It is easy to employ very small machine developed to replace the dangerous propane gas cylinder used for heating plates of metal which clears sprue & runner from injection moulded manufactured parts otherwise impossible to draw out. INSERT MOULDING RAPIDLY.

To introduce metal inserts into plastic materials and to preheat the inserts before the positioning in the mould this small machines o castor wheel weighing less than 20 kgs are used. It can do about 800 pcs per hour.

It helps in hanger production for garments where metal inserts are used. Also in domestic utensils or spoons where metal is covered in the handles with plastics can improve productivity quite a lot.
